What we do with this information

Clients:

We require your contact information in line with our Contractual Obligation to you, to establish effective routes of communication and provide you with an efficient service as well as keeping of internal records.

We will contact you to inform you of any changes that might take place and we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, services or developments, provided we have your express permission to do so.  

This information will also be used to forward our invoice.  From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes or in response to a complaint. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail.

Reviewers: 

We will contact you to thank you for your submission(s) and to seek validation of the same. We may contact you in response to a complaint

Non Clients:

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, services or developments as well as informing you of any changes that might take place, provided you have given us express permission to do so

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to so by law.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you or your business/organisation please write to us.

Refund Policy

Review Biz operates a 14 day cooling off period during which a refund can be requested in relation to the initial fee paid, however as the initial fee includes our set up costs any request for a refund made after your widget code has been provided will be limited to 50% of the amount paid.
