1. The purpose of this website is to enable a visitor to obtain more information about what Review Biz does for its clients and in principle how it goes about delivering its services. The site also provides an opportunity for interested businesses and organisations to register for the Review Biz services. The copyright in all written material, content, design, text and graphics made available upon or portrayed by this site and that displayed within our widget on client’s sites is owned by Review Biz. Nothing contained within these conditions or elsewhere upon this site or client sites confers or may be taken to confer any licence upon a visitor or client in respect of these intellectual property rights. In the event of any infringement of any of these copyright and intellectual property rights, Review Biz will seek to recover all loss and damage arising there from together with all costs associated with such recovery.
3. Permitted Use
Review Biz does not seek to control or influence the use by visitors to this site or any client site of any material appearing upon those. In particular any subsequent contact that a visitor makes with a client of Review Bank and any subsequent trading or other activity or interaction following from this, is the sole choice and responsibility of the visitor. Subject to the above, visitors to this site and any site operated by a Review Biz client must refrain from any infringement of’ copyright or of any related intellectual property rights and from any misuse of whatsoever nature of material contained on this site and within the Review Widget area of a clients site. In the event that Review Bank suffers any loss and damage consequent upon a failure by a visitor to observe these provisions, it will seek to recover such loss and damage in full.

Neither Review Biz nor any company or individual associated with it (including but not limited to its directors, shareholders and employees and its shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any visitor to this site and the area of client sites encompassed by the Review Biz widget, whether arising from access to the site contents, use of or response to any of the material and reviews contained upon those sites,
In particular it is the exclusive responsibility of visitors to this site client sites to satisfy themselves in every respect as to their interpretation of the reviews contained thereon under the Review Biz heading and the quality and nature of any goods or services provided by the client concerned..Review Biz takes no responsibility whatsoever for any other content outside of our widget, that might appear on any client site.
5. Change to Site Contents
Review Biz reserve the right at all times to make any change to the content of this site and area within our widget presence on client sites. It is the responsibility of all visitors to this site and the subsidiary sites to ensure that they are fully aware of the most up to date version of the site contents and of these terms before entering into any commitment in reliance in whole or in part upon the site contents or these terms. No changes or adaption of our widget or associated code is permitted, any client request for changes should be submitted direct to and if agreed, actioned by Review Biz only.
6. Use of Review Widgets
Our widgets located on this and our clients sites or pages have two distant purposes, firstly to provide visitors with access to reviews peruse submitted on behalf of ourselves and the client on whose site it is located and secondly to provide the facility for a visitor to submit a review on behalf of that business or organisation. The widget should not be used for any other purpose and no content should be submitted that is in any way in breach of any legislation or the legal rights of any third party, knowingly inaccurate, threatening or offensive, or calculated or likely to interfere with the proper functioning of widget and associated system. Any breach of this provision will render the party in breach liable to indemnify Review Biz and or Client against any damages, claims, costs or other liabilities that it may suffer or incur as a result (whether directly or indirectly) of such breach.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising hereunder shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Our Reviews Policy
Question: Why do a significant number of our reviews reach 5 stars.
Answer: The star rating is set by each individual reviewer and therefore reflects their views not our own, in addition it would be true to say that here at Review Biz we attract clients who care about how they perform for their customers and clients and therefore provide a good service. The reality is that we also manage many reviews below the 5 star rating.
Question: Do we only publish good reviews
Answer: No, we publish all validated reviews providing they meet our review criteria. Namely that they are made up of 75 or more characters, are not deemed to be malicious, include no in appropriate language and do not infringe any of the terms outlined above.
Question: How do we ensure that our reviews are genuine.
Answer: We operate a validation system whereby each reviewer is sent an email thanking them for their submission and requiring them to click on a link. The review will only go live after this process is complete.
Question: What happens if a review is submitted that is considered border line in terms of its content set against the above policy.
Answer: This rarely happens, but in such cases will enact our moderation process and where appropriate engage in a constructive discussion with the client before a decision is made to let it go live or not. Review Biz will make that final decision.
9. Submission of Reviews
All submissions must be made via our widget located on our client’s site or page. On making a submission you agree that your initials (e.g. J C) will be used to identify your individual review, all information you provide will be kept strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The copyright of all submitted reviews will remain the property of Review Biz. Review Biz reserves the right to submit reviews via our centralised system.
10. Content Standards
These Content Standards apply to all reviews. The Content Standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether a review breaches our Content Standards. We reserve the right not to publish individual reviews, to amend content or remove reviews at any time from our system without notice. Publication of Reviews does not mean that we agree with or endorse the content or any opinion or advice expressed.

A: Be accurate (where they state facts), truthful and be genuinely held (where opinions are offered).
B: Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted or published.
C: Be relevant, constructive and helpful to others viewing them and from your own genuine personal experiences.

I: Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

You understand and acknowledge that information posted or transmitted by reviewers is the sole responsibility of the person from which such material originated. Review Biz shall not in any way be held responsible or liable for reliance by others on any information or impression that is obtained from a review. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content, information or usefulness for any particular purpose.
12. Indemnity
You shall remain solely liable for the content of any review you submit. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Biz, affiliates, directors, officers and employees from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage other expenses or loss we may incur (including, without limitation, legal fees) as a result of any material you post in a review or any violation by you of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
13. Copyright
By submitting a Review, you agree to grant Review Biz exclusive licence to use that review and the unrestricted right to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your Review for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, as we see fit, without acknowledgement or compensation to you. This licence will be free of charge, perpetual. Review Biz may exercise all copyright and publicity rights in the material contained in your Review in all jurisdictions, to their full extent and for the full period for which any such rights exist in that material.

If you wish to complain about any published review, please contact us at: [email protected] We will then re-examine the Review and decide whether it complies with our content standards. We will deal with any review which, in our opinion, violates our content standards and will remove any offending content and take such action as we deem appropriate. We will inform you of the outcome that process within a reasonable time of your complaint being received.
15. Payment Terms & Minimum Period
At the time of purchase a payment covering the first three months is required with a minimum term of only three months thereafter, making an overall minimum period of just 6 months. A 1 month written notice period is also required.
16. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Review Biz may revise these terms and conditions at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make as they are legally binding on you.
17. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law.
