The Institute of One World Leaders is a membership organisation developing individuals on an international basis, into leaders with positive behavioural values and attitudes.
The requirement:
They needed a highly skilled and experienced consultant to support the development of the organisation, its services and relationships with its members, partners and other
organisations. This included selecting and implementing collaboration tools, negotiating agreements with partners, establishing and supporting the senior leadership team and international advisory council and securing the organisation’s intellectual property.
In essence, they required an individual capable of managing the design and development of the organisation along with managing and supporting internal teams, partners and offshore resources.
